MISSION

Owner Jim Sicley has been in the pavement maintenance and traffic control business since 1998.  His work in the private sector has taken him across the country, laying out and painting parking lots, painting long line on highways and painting special markings at airports.  Responsible for the successful placement of markings, he worked closely with the asphalt contractors, learning as much as he could about the surface he was painting on.  Since 2006, he has worked in the public sector, further increasing his knowledge of asphalt, markings, signage and government regulation compliance.  This experience is what prompted the formation of White Line Pavement Maintenance.  Jim Sicley saw a need for an experienced and professional company to perform pavement maintenance in Eastern North Carolina.
